Exchange Policy:
—For orders that have not yet been shipped: If your order has not been shipped yet and you wish to change to a different color or size, as long as there is stock, you can contact our customer service team to make the changes. (Only the same product can be exchanged, other products cannot be exchanged).
—For shipped orders * *: If your order has been shipped, you can contact our customer service team to apply for a return after receiving the product. Then you can reorder from us to minimize your waiting time. This can shorten your waiting time and ensure that the product is still in stock.
—For orders exceeding $69, we will bear the shipping cost of the new product. Customers only need to return the original product at their own expense. For orders below $69, customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to the exchange.
